The challenge was to design a navigation experience that was both seamless and immersive, through a narrative journey around the collections, while ensuring quick access to the final product. To enrich this experience, several key features were developed: adding products to favorites, sharing them directly with a sales advisor, and creating personalized moodboards by combining different looks. Initially launched for a select group of privileged clients, this journey quickly proved successful and became the foundation for optimizing the application’s navigation for all Chanel clients.
